The large corporations are consolidating everything and losing touch with the clients. Local support and service was first consolidated into Regional support "hubs". Now you deal with National Call Centers. They believed that technology would allow them to reduce employees and keep service at acceptable levels. They were wrong and the client frustration was shown by searching for service excellence elsewhere.
